StackMail is a unified inbox that connects to your Gmail accounts and offers optional AI-assisted triage, summarization, and drafting. It is bring-your-own-credential in both directions: you register your own Google OAuth client to reach your mail, and you supply your own Anthropic API key for AI features. StackMail provides neither on your behalf, and does not work around a missing one.
You sign in with an email address and a password, and you are responsible for keeping that password, your Google OAuth client secret, and any Anthropic API key secure. You may disconnect any mailbox, remove your OAuth client, or delete your account outright from Settings at any time. Usage of your own Anthropic API key is billed directly by Anthropic to you, and usage of your own Google client counts against your own Google quota — StackMail does not mark up or resell either.
Don't use StackMail to send spam, unlawful content, or to access mailboxes you are not authorized to access. We may suspend accounts that violate this or abuse the service.
StackMail is early software, provided "as is" without warranty. Because the Google OAuth client is yours rather than ours, its verification status is yours to manage: a client left in Google's "Testing" tier works for the test users you list on it, and its refresh tokens expire on Google's schedule for unverified apps. Publishing or verifying that client is entirely your decision.
StackMail is provided as-is. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service, including any action taken by AI features you explicitly triggered.
We may update these terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
